Terms of Service

1. The service

The service lets you create short links (“Onelinks”) and QR codes that send each visitor to a destination chosen for their device, and shows statistics about those visits. Features depend on your plan, as described on the Pricing page.

2. Your account

You must give a valid email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account, including by team members you invite. Tell us right away if you think your account has been misused.

You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to link to or distribute content that is illegal, deceptive or harmful — including malware, phishing, spam, scams, content that infringes the rights of others, or links that hide their real destination to mislead people.

We may block a Onelink or suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts visitors or the service at risk, with or without notice.

4. Plans, payment and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account settings; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and is not renewed after that.

When you switch between paid plans the change applies immediately and the price difference for the current period is charged or credited. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

We may change prices for future periods. We tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the links, names, images and other content you add. You allow us to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service fast and available, but we cannot promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features over time.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Login Security. We may end or suspend the service for an account that breaks these terms. When an account is deleted, its Onelinks stop working.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. When changes are significant we will tell you by email or in your account before they apply. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new terms.
