How can we help?

Answers to the most common questions about Onelinks, your account and billing.

Onelink basics

What is a Onelink?

A Onelink is one short link (and QR code) for your app. When someone opens it, we look at their device and send them to the right place: iPhone and iPad users to the App Store, Android users to Google Play, Huawei phones without Google services to AppGallery, and computers to your website.

How does it choose where to send people?

Each visit is checked against the links you added. A device gets its own store link first, then your app’s URL scheme, then the fallback link, and finally your website. You decide which links to add in the Onelink configuration.

Can I change the destination after sharing the link?

Yes. Changes are saved automatically and apply to the next visit — the Onelink and its QR code stay the same, so nothing has to be reprinted.

Does it work with QR codes?

Every Onelink has a QR code you can style and download as PNG or SVG from your account. Scanning it works exactly like opening the link.

What happens on a Windows or Mac computer?

Computers go to the Windows or Mac link if you set one, otherwise to your website or fallback link.
